Peanut butter is a craving for many. However, during pregnancy, many elders and health practitioners will ask you to avoid peanuts. Earlier it was believed that peanuts consumed on a regular basis by pregnant women WILL lead to children being born with peanut allergies. A lot of these have been proven false by new information.
